Delete your account
You can delete your Advilad account and the personal data in it yourself, on this website. You do not need the app.
How to delete it
- Sign in to your Advilad account.
- Open Privacy & your data.
- Press Delete my account and confirm. You are signed out on every device.
What is deleted
Your name, email, phone number and password, the personal details in your requests (such as your pickup location) and your notification subscriptions.
What we keep
Records we must keep by law (e.g. completed deals, offers, consent proof) are anonymised, not erased.
