Data Security
This page summarises how Advilad protects your data. It does not replace the Privacy Policy — see it for what we collect, retention periods, and your rights.
If there is any inconsistency between the Georgian, Russian, and English versions, the Georgian text should control unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Encrypted connections
All traffic between your browser and Advilad is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
One-time codes (OTP) and sign-in sessions are protected with standard security controls and kept only as long as needed for security and fraud monitoring.
2. Access control
Access to stored data is restricted on a least-privilege basis, with access logging.
Configuration secrets are kept in a dedicated secret manager, separate from application data.
3. Where your data is stored
The platform is hosted on Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Cloud SQL) in the europe-west3 (Frankfurt, EU) region; configuration secrets are stored in Google Secret Manager.
Where a technical provider processes data outside Georgia, the operator ensures an appropriate legal basis and appropriate security measures for the transfer.
4. Confidential by default
Your identity stays protected until you choose to proceed.
Your request is shared with a partner only after you give consent at handoff. Advilad compares offers and hands off to partners; it is not the lender, and partners make the final decision.
5. Limits
No online system is absolutely secure; please do not enter unnecessary or clearly unrequested sensitive information.
